Our beautiful vacation home is situated on a private beach, so you can step outside and walk right onto the sand. The view from the front door is simply breathtaking. The Four Cliffs of Scituate are majestically lined up to the North, standing guard over the Atlantic Ocean. We offer all of the comforts and conveniences of home, but in a serene beach setting. This house boasts an open first floor with plenty of new windows for river and oceanfront views with refreshing cross breezes. The Second floor has three large Bedrooms, large closets, and a large full bathroom, all with classic Humarock beadboard.

Ammenities:

Central a/c, Full stacked washer and gas dryer, propane gass grill, outdoor shower, custom wooden Cornhole boards, and other outdoor games. 65” inch smart TV with Comcast internet, Wi-Fi throughout the home, and over 125 channels included. Clean Sheets and towels are provided. A large cooler, four beach chairs, and six 6-beach towels are on site. Outdoor shower and patio furniture.

Keurig coffee maker, large toaster/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Electric Stove/Oven, Bullet-blender. Air fryer. Several hair dryers are available in the bathroom drawers. Two large 96-gallon receptacles for weekly trash pick-up (Mondays) and recycling pick-up every other Thursday morning. Bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards are available for rent from the local "Boathouse" located by the Humarock bridge you drove in from.
